Terms & Conditions - A (100 KAG Exclusive Show Rooms across Tamil Nadu)
1. KAG Slogan contest is purely an additional benefit to the customer. Customer is not charged any extra amount other than their respective purchase price.
2. Each customer must purchase KAG products worth at least Rs. 50,000 to enter. A Customer can submit multiple Forms for every Rs. 50,000 additional purchase
3. Fill out the Customer Form with accurate details and drop your entry in the designated Contest Box at the showroom.
4. KAG SLOGAN CONTEST will be held from 01/03/2025 to 31/03/2025
5. Winners are chosen through an intellectual selection process from all valid entries and based on the creativity of the Slogan written by the Customer. The decision of KAG and the respective Exclusive Showroom is final and binding.
6. The maximum prize is Rs. 1 Lakh per showroom (splitable if multiple winners).
7. KAG and the Showroom are not liable for any claim, loss, or damage arising from participation
8. Winners of KAG SLOGAN CONTEST will be announced on 15/04/2025
9. KAG and the Showroom reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.

Terms and Conditions – B (Authorised Dealer Points across Tamil Nadu)
In addition to the Terms & Conditions (A ) - the following terms and conditions are applicable for Authroised Dealer Points across Tamil Nadu
1. If Slogan Contest Box in not available in authorised Dealer Points, Customers can fill up the Form and hand over the same to the respective Dealer Point in accordance with Point Nos.1,2,3,4 -A
2. Regarding point No.5-A, only one Customer will be selected and will be offered Rs.1 Lakh Cash Price from out of the Forms received from Authorised Dealer Points across Tamil Nadu
3. Other terms and conditions of A remains unaltered.
